Are you ready to lead the charge in driving operational excellence across a multi-cloud data ecosystem? We're seeking a Senior Data Platform SRE to optimize
enterprise platforms like Snowflake, Looker, Alteryx, and Power BI. If you thrive on automation, observability, and cost efficiency, and are passionate about delivering business value through reliable, secure, and high-performance data solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

How You Will Contribute:Lead advanced administration tasks for cloud and SaaS data platforms, including configuration, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation. Develop and manage observability dashboards to track SLAs, job uptime, and performance metrics. Design and implement automation workflows using Python, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools to reduce operational toil and enable self-healing systems. Drive cost optimization (FinOps) initiatives across Snowflake and other platforms, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable savings. Lead "shift-left" initiatives by creating automation, documentation, and enablement tools to reduce escalations. Ensure platform security and compliance by managing RBAC, audit readiness, and vulnerability remediation. Mentor junior team members and promote cross-training to build team-wide expertise.

The Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years in data platform operations, system administration, or related roles. Strong expertise in AWS services, GitHub workflows, and Python scripting. Proven experience managing enterprise data/analytics platforms. Ability to collaborate across teams and influence technical direction.

The Assets:Experience with cost optimization, performance tuning, and capacity planning for cloud data platforms. Familiarity with observability tooling and metric-driven SLA management. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
