As a Sr Data Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and analysis of large volumes of data. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient handling of data and driving business insights. You will develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity. Additionally, you will oversee data governance activities, manage data integration and migration projects, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management. Your strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential in this role.

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience in data management, data governance, or a related role Strong knowledge of data management principles, practices, and technologies 2+ years of experience with data integration, data migration, and data quality tools Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
