About The Job:

  • The Senior Cyber Security Engineer is a dynamic role requiring knowledge of programming, security, and secure software development practices.
  • The engineer will partner with existing development teams to build secure software - reviewing user stories, participating in code reviews, and diving into code new functionality or fix vulnerabilities in existing projects
Essential Job Functions:
  • Identifying and remediating areas of non-compliance to internal policies and external regulations where System Access is a core requirement (i.e., Sarbanes Oxley, ISO27002, Data Protection, and Global privacy requirements).
  • Developing and ensuring compliance with Identity and Access Management (I&AM) policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing account lifecycle and privilege management processes
  • Influencing the IT Organization in IAM Strategy, lead teams and drive change.
  • Staying current with IAM technologies and work as a partner to promote its use.
  • Coordinating with infrastructure and application teams, as required, in delivery of IAM programs and services.
  • Serving as subject matter expert for all activities related to Identity & Access Management.
  • Creating and maintaining Identity & Access Management documentation. Enforcing IT Policies and Procedures.
  • Being accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s) &processes, with duties including project reviews, operation reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work.
  • Managing budgets and contracts associated with program(s), processes and initiative(s).
  • Managing activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s) / processes.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program/process area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.
  • Coordinating program / process support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in computer science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
  • A minimum 5 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • Have experience with implementation & support of Identity Management, Provisioning Identity Workflows, Access
  • Management, Java Programming, Web Services, Single Sign-On, RBAC (Role Based Access Control) Auditing, User Access Reviews, Attestation & Report Generation.
  • Be skilled in configurations, troubleshooting, application onboarding, performance tuning, system monitoring of IGA tools.
  • Hands on experience working in Saviynt EIC versions
  • Experience in planning and deploying various initiatives and enhancements in Saviynt
  • Plan and implement detective and corrective controls in all functionalities in Saviynt
  • Leading and managing the Saviynt engineers' team and track progress of all associated activities
  • Planning and developing SOPs and shifting them to L1 team
  • Least privileged access implementation
  • Planning and developing Jobs to automate reports
  • Skilled in Disconnected and connected applications onboarding Baker Hughes Confidential
  • Skilled in running access review certification campaigns
  • Establish reconciliation process for disconnected applications
  • Identify issues, stabilize, and enhance implemented functionalities in IGA environment.
  • Birth right provisioning
  • Access approval workflows for connected and disconnected applications

  • Skilled in implementing new functionalities e.g. non-human accounts lifecycle management
  • Skilled in planning and implementing Saviynt upgrades
  • Skilled in writing JSONs for different lifecycle management activities
  • Skilled in PowerShell and Java scripting
  • Skilled in managing/resolving problem tickets, incidents and requests management
  • Skilled in managing ITSM queue management
