Telecaller - Furniture Showroom

Experience Required:

1-2 years in Telecalling or Telesales (preferably in the furniture industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement:

Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest through advertisements or online platforms.

Showroom Conversion:

Effectively communicate the benefits of visiting the showroom, addressing customer queries, and persuading them to schedule visits.

CRM Management:

Accurately update and maintain customer information and interaction records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Follow-Up:

Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure consistent engagement and progression through the sales funnel.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.

Performance Targets:

Meet and strive to exceed weekly and monthly targets related to lead conversions and showroom walk-ins.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication abilities with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.

Sales Acumen:

Proven experience in telesales or telecalling roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the furniture industry and its products is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency:

Basic understanding of online advertising platforms and CRM tools.

Language Skills:

Ability to converse fluently in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Candidates Preference: FEMALE.
