Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Customer Support Executive
who is passionate, proactive, and ready to travel for outreach activities. This role involves visiting schools, academies, and educational institutions for
product demonstrations, customer support, and relationship management
.
You'll also be responsible for
leading a small team
of support executives, ensuring smooth coordination, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
onsite visits
to schools, academies, and institutions for outreach, demos, and support.
Deliver
effective product presentations and training sessions
to teachers and administrators.
Handle customer issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
Lead and guide a team of customer support executives to meet performance goals.
Collect customer feedback and communicate it to internal teams for product improvement.
Maintain regular reports on field visits, customer engagement, and team activities.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Age
above 27 years
.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in customer support, client servicing, or field operations (preferably in EdTech, education, or SaaS).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to
manage and motivate a team
.
Comfortable with
frequent travel
for school and academy visits.
Highly organized, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Immediate joiners
will be given priority.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
