Key Responsibilities-



? Make Inbound calls & Outbound calls on a daily basis.

? Communicating with customers through various channels.

? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

? Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. ? Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide professional customer support. ? Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication ? Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools ? Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints ? Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times ? Take the extra mile to engage customers.

? Fluency in English & Hindi. Any additional language is an advantage ? Experience in dealing with people
