We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives for international voice processes. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresher eager to start your career, we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Build and maintain positive customer relationships Record call details in the system accurately Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction

Requirements



Education: 12th Pass or above Languages: Fluent in English Good verbal communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge Willingness to learn and adapt Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Shift Options



Morning, Day, Evening, Night Fixed or Rotational shifts UK and US shift options
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
