We are looking for a dedicated IT Customer Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to customers. The candidate will troubleshoot IT-related issues, respond to customer queries, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to IT issues
Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related problems
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues in a timely manner
Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team when required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
Assist customers with system usage, installations, and basic troubleshooting
