Answer inbound calls and assist US-based customers. Resolve queries with professionalism and clarity. Meet daily/weekly KPIs (TAT, CSAT, Resolution Rate). Confidence in handling sales objections and closing deals. Comfortable with

06 -1 year's experience

in an

International BPO (Voice Process)

HSC qualified

Shift & Schedule:

8-hour shift

+ 1-hour break

5 working days

with

2 rotational weekly offs

Night shift (US/Graveyard Shift hours)
