We're looking for a proactive CSR to handle bookings, customer coordination, and sales support in our Shipping & Logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer bookings & coordinate with internal teams
Handle customer inquiries (phone/email)
Support sales team with quotations & follow-ups
Maintain CRM records & prepare reports
Ideal Candidate:
2-3 yrs experience in shipping/logistics customer service
Strong communication & customer handling skills
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
