Key Responsibility:

Working experience on SDWAN Solution - VSD (SD-WAN Director, Analytics) Cluster, VSC (SD-WAN Controller) Controller, Underlay Border Router (UBR), SDWAN Self-Service Portal
Must have understanding on VM, Compute and Applications.
Hands on Experience on FortiGate Firewall, Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer.
Hands on Experience Alcatel/Nokia devices.
Basic Linux CLI knowledge
Provide technical support and operation for the local employees.
Maintain and provide SDWAN network services improvement plan.
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong understanding of SDWAN network architecture and services.
Demonstrated technical and product knowledge of SDWAN network solutions and Services.
Team Building and Mentoring.
Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLAN, Trucking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP) protocols.
Knowledge of MPLS and QoS Basic knowledge of security technologies
Understanding on SDWAN, IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
Should have troubleshooting skill sets on various SDWAN services on different platforms.
SDWAN Certification Preferred
IP Routing-Switching Certification Mandatory.
Minimum Experience - 6-8 years as a network engineer + 2-3 yrs of experience in SDWAN.
Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incident Management / ticket resolution
Creation of MOP/SOP and planning Change management process
Must be understanding HLD/LLD parameters and would have knowledge of best practise implementation.
Performance tuning of network devices and creation of SOP
Work with Telecommunication Service Providers to establish and migration of network.
Planning and Perform upgrade of network and security devices
Work with Hardware/Software Vendors to resolve problems
Train and Mentor juniors.
Act as an SME SPOC for certain Network product
Provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review reports.
Vendor coordination for a new office setup in Hyderabad.
Must be able to design customer network.

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Communications or Equivalent qualification with 6-8 years\' experience in Telecommunications or large enterprise systems support environment
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification CCNA preferred.
SDWAN Certification Preferred.
ITIL v3 Certification preferred

Tool and Platform:

• Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Alcatel router and switches etc.
• FortiGate Firewall, Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer
• OSS, Service Manager, NMS,
• Nokia Nuage / Versa / Viptela /FortiGate.

Broad outline of the Role
