MBA + 2 years (Relevant experience)
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
Required Skills:
Strong communication (verbal & written) and extraordinary presentation skills
Basic knowledge about Import / Export process
Good in Data Analysis Skill
Proficiency in English
Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
Problem solving Skill
Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
Candidate should be focused on following up independently and deliver results.

Complete coordination with the client for clearance of the shipment
Coordination with external agencies like shipping line, Forwarders etc
Internal coordination with operation team, Documentation Team, Accounts Team transport department etc
Keeping track of shipments and coordinate with client for documents and further filing
Day to day updation in software
Preparation and submission of monthly reports
Preparing fund requirement and preparing for Billing
