WE ARE HIRING FOR GRACE STAFFING SERVICES (POWAI BRANCH)

: Senior Customer Service Executive

Shift Timing:

US Shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)

Qualification:

HSC or Graduate

Experience:

06 - 1 years in International Voice Process (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues through voice communication. Ensure high standards of service with excellent communication skills (C1-C2 level). Follow IBU boundaries and operational guidelines strictly.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication skills (C1-C2 level).

Immediate joiners preferred; no notice periods.

Mumbai residents only. Applications from outside Mumbai will not be considered.

Must be willing to work night shifts.

Service Area Boundaries:

Central: Kalyan - CST

Harbour : CST - Kharghar

Western: Churchgate - Virar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?38,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
