Senior Customer Service Executive
to join our team in Mohali.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure high satisfaction levels
Manage order-related issues including shipping, returns, refunds, and exchanges
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service executives
Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Strong communication skills in English
Experienced in B2C Sales
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and e-commerce platforms
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms
Knowledge of logistics, returns, and payment gateways
Team handling or mentoring experience
