Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple locations in India.
Coordinate and manage customer orders, deliveries, and service requests efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, availability, and solutions.
Work closely with the internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Logistics) to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
Provide timely updates to management on customer concerns and trends.
Assist in the development of customer service processes and improvements.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers and locations effectively.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools or customer service software is a plus.
