Job Description


Job Responsibilities: Maintain 100% collection target of the value projected of the total billing within specified TAT. Responsible for pre-bill reconciliation with billing team on Fortnightly/Monthly basis. Responsible for keeping track of complete Invoicing & Credit Notes. Responsible for billing submission on Weekly / Fortnightly/Monthly basis to the corporate clients. Responsible for regular billing / payment reconciliation & payment follow up with the corporate by sharing monthly / quarterly outstanding or Balance Confirmation. Responsible for E2E payment posting at our end and TDS certificate collection. Inter-departmental meetings to ensure customer issues resolution. Ensuring E2E resolution to the customer and handling all escalated and billing disputes. Data reconciliation, Revenue Realization, Frequent Field Visits - Delhi NCR region, Front Ending B2B Customers. Post Billing - Life Cycle Management. Key Objectives: Collections - Main activities include: Managing & developing collection strategies to ensure collections from delinquent customers. Managing and establishing terms of payment as well contacting people by phone or mail or visit to inform them of an unpaid account. Identifying and networking with customers & internal functions, to enhance the productivity. Qualification: BCOM or Any Graduate, with Telecom billing background. Minimum of 3-5 years of billing & collections experience of which majority should be on core collections. Good knowledge of the Billing applications/Payment Accounting. Should poses good hold on bringing CSAT. Good communication skills. Well versed with MS office and all MS Excel related task. Assertive with good negotiation skills & Inter personnel skill.
