Oracura Solutions is looking for a Senior Customer Support Associate who can deliver a smooth, positive, and professional experience to our customers. This role focuses on clear communication, timely resolution of queries, and strong product understanding without technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat with clarity and professionalism
Provide accurate information and guidance on Oracura products
Ensure timely follow-ups and case closures
Record customer interactions and share insights for service improvement
Support junior team members when required
Requirements
3+ years of experience in customer service/support (non-technical)
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong customer-first attitude and problem-solving ability
Experience in a product-based company is preferred
