We are hiring for Sr.

Customer Service Advisor

to handle

voice-based customer support

for our US based client. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing excellent service over call & Maintaining SLA of the process.

fintech combines finance (banking, payments, investments, insurance, lending, etc.) with technology(software, apps, AI, blockchain, etc.) to make financial services faster, cheaper, more accessible, and more user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and assist customers. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues. Maintain high communication standards and document interactions. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:

Fluency in English

is a must (both spoken and written).

Educational Qualification

: HSC or Graduate (Experience and Freshers welcome). Comfortable working in

US shifts

and

night shifts

. Ability to work in a

voice process

.

Immediate joiners preferred only.

Pick-up and drop facility

provided.

Skills:

Good communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused. Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Transport :

Home Pick or Drop Will be provided by cab in Night Shifts Only or Centralized Pick Up from Nodal Points.
