We are hiring for Sr.
Customer Service Advisor
to handle
voice-based customer support
for our US based client. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing excellent service over call & Maintaining SLA of the process.
What is Fintech ?
fintech combines finance (banking, payments, investments, insurance, lending, etc.) with technology(software, apps, AI, blockchain, etc.) to make financial services faster, cheaper, more accessible, and more user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Maintain high communication standards and document interactions.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements:
Fluency in English
is a must (both spoken and written).
Educational Qualification
: HSC or Graduate (Experience and Freshers welcome).
Comfortable working in
US shifts
and
night shifts

Ability to work in a
voice process
.
Immediate joiners preferred only.
Pick-up and drop facility
provided.
