Position: Customer Relations Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Real Estate background preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Location: Kolkata
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling ERP (After Sales module), preferably Farvision
2. Coordination with customers for sale agreement execution and final registration
3. Managing bank loan procedures
4. Follow-up for payment dues
5. Ensuring RERA compliance for after-sales activities
6. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
