We are currently hiring for Sr . Customer Relation Officer-FRont Office

Experience: 2 Above Years

Salary: 15k-20k, Negotiations

Responsibilities:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Customer Relation officer - Front Office &Counseling, located in Hyderabad. CRO will be responsible for managing patient relations, counseling patients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with patients, addressing their concerns, providing them with information on treatments, and facilitating their journey from initial inquiry to treatment completion.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Appointment Sch, counseling and patient relationship management Handling Front Office Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for healthcare-related fields
