Responsible for handling US customer calls (inbound and outbound), resolving customer issues, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle US inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
Follow up with customers through outbound calls when required
Support and guide junior customer care executives
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and US customer service standards
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Experience in handling US voice processes (inbound & outbound)
Ability to work in night shifts
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Team-handling and mentoring skills
Experience & Qualification:
Graduate preferred
2-4 years of experience in US customer support or call center role
