Manage and track incoming leads from various sources (website, property portals, social media, walk-ins, etc.).
Assign leads to sales agents and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain records of all client interactions in the CRM.

CRM System Management
Regularly update and maintain client databases in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, NoBroker, etc.).
Ensure data accuracy, categorize clients by project interest, budget, location preference, and stage in the buying process.
Generate daily/weekly reports for management and sales teams.

Customer Interaction
Call and follow up with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant project information.
4.
Campaign & Communication Management
Run email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns for project promotions and client engagement.
Share project updates, offers, and event invites with prospective buyers.
Track engagement and response to marketing efforts.
5.
Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams
Act as the communication bridge between the CRM, marketing, and sales teams.
Share insights about customer behavior, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
6.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards on lead status, site visits, conversions, and client feedback.
Identify potential bottlenecks or drop-offs in the sales funnel.
Recommend improvements based on data trends.
7.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with clients post-visit to nurture leads.
Ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team once a deal is closed.
Keep clients updated about new launches, possession dates, and paperwork requirements.
