Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients about the

Canada PR process

and eligibility criteria. Explain timelines, fees, and documentation requirements. Prepare

personalized documentation checklists

for each client. Ensure

error-free handovers

to the filing team. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and resolve their queries. Work under the

Sales Head

and achieve monthly conversion targets.

Requirements

1-3 years

of experience in

immigration counselling

(Canada PR preferred). Strong understanding of

Express Entry, PNPs, CRS scoring

, and PR documentation. Excellent

communication, sales, and persuasion skills

. Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism. Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
