Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Quality Counselling Focus: Ensure daily counselling is conducted with a strong focus on quality care. Strive to convince the maximum number of patients through effective communication and empathetic engagement.

2.Dropout Patient Management: Minimize patient dropout through proactive follow-up and counselling. Monitor daily dropout data and maintain records. Follow up on unfit patients and analyze trends to improve conversion.

3. OT & OR List Coordination: Ensure the OT list and OR list are aligned daily. Monitor the OT list regularly and cross-check with EMR entries. In case of high or low lens power patients, coordinate promptly with PAC staff and the store to ensure lens availability.

4. Vision Center Patient Assessment Monitoring: Monitor and ensure the completeness of assessment forms for all Vision Centers patients.

5. Team Coordination :Maintain regular coordination with doctors, PAC, vision center (VC) staff, and other relevant departments. Ensure seamless communication for patient planning and documentation.

6. Training & Development: Support the development of vision technicians and counsellors. Prepare and execute timely training plans to enhance team capabilities.

7. Patient Type Balance (Budget Focus):Maintain a healthy ratio of paid, subsidized, Ayushman Bharat, and free patients as per budget requirements. Monitor trends and suggest strategies for balance.

8. Specialty Surgery Focus: Coordinate closely with doctors and teams to promote and support specialty surgeries.

9. Data Monitoring: Conduct weekly data monitoring and analysis to identify gaps, trends, and areas of improvement.
10. Daily monitoring financial clearance in EMR and Coordinate with Admin and Doctors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
