Job Summary:
The Senior Counsellor will guide students through the complete admission process, provide detailed information about aviation courses, manage walk-in inquiries, and convert leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong counselling ability, and a sales-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on aviation and related training programs.
Handle walk-in inquiries and provide correct course information.
Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain daily MIS--leads, follow-ups, walk-ins, and admissions.
Assist in documentation, registration, and onboarding processes.
Ensure a professional, student-focused counselling experience.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with operations and training teams.
Participate in seminars, events, and marketing activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a Counsellor or Senior Counsellor (aviation/education preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Ability to understand student queries and provide proper guidance.
Good computer literacy--MS Office, CRM, data entry.
Target-driven, confident, and customer-service oriented.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, on-site role at the Ghatkopar West, Mumbai centre.
