Role Summary

As a Senior Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for handling prospective student inquiries, guiding them through course options in aviation/hospitality/training, and converting them into admissions. You will work closely with the marketing and training teams to ensure enrolment targets are met while delivering a great counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and outbound follow-ups of leads. Glassdoor+1 Convert leads into admissions: meet monthly/quarterly targets for enrolments and revenue. Glassdoor+1 Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions in CRM or Excel. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing / Management / Education). Glassdoor+1 1-3 (or 1-5) years experience in counselling / admissions / sales in the education/training/aviation sector. Glassdoor+1 Excellent spoken & written communication skills, confident in presentations. Target-driven, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using CRM tools. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with students, parents, and internal teams. (Desirable) Experience or interest in aviation / hospitality sectors.
Compensation & Benefits
