We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated Senior Counsellor for Edtech Sales to counsel the aspiring students for various universities according to their interest and potential.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound leads (calls & emails).
Convert leads via outbound calls and explain our services.
Understand student needs and provide career/education guidance.
Deliver effective online demos showcasing our solutions.
Manage CRM/database to track and nurture leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Report weekly progress and goals to the Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:
2-4 years of experience in Admissions Counselling / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / B2C Sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Active listening, confident & soft-spoken approach.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
