The Senior Counsellor is responsible for guiding students throughout the admission process, providing course details, managing walk-ins, following up on leads, and achieving conversion targets. The position requires strong communication skills, counselling ability, and good knowledge of aviation-related training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding aviation and related training courses.
Manage walk-in inquiries and provide accurate guidance.
Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp communication, and emails for lead conversion.
Maintain daily inquiry, follow-up, and admission reports.
Support documentation, registration, and admission processes.
Maintain high professionalism and provide a student-first experience.
Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with training & operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Participate in promotional events, seminars, and campaigns as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in counselling (aviation/education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, local language).
Ability to understand student needs and provide proper guidance.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer operations.
Target-driven, confident, and customer-oriented.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, on-site role at the Raipur office.
