We?re looking for a seasoned Copy Lead who can own ideas end-to-end and guide teams with clarity. This role requires strong hands-on writing across mainline and digital platforms, along with the ability to mentor junior writers and collaborate closely with design, strategy, and account teams.
You should be comfortable shaping brand narratives, pushing creative thinking, and delivering work that performs across platforms and formats.
Key Responsibilities

Creative & Strategic Ownership
Lead copy development across digital, mainline, and integrated campaigns.
Conceptualize, write, and edit content including video scripts, social copy, brand campaigns, and 360? communication.
Work closely with creative directors, art teams, and strategists to build clear, compelling brand stories.
Ensure ideas align with client objectives, cultural context, and business goals.

Team Leadership & Mentorship
Review, guide, and mentor junior copywriters and interns.
Maintain consistency, quality, and tone across all copy outputs.
Encourage collaboration, experimentation, and strong creative thinking within the team.

Campaign Excellence
Contribute to and lead award-worthy creative campaigns.
Translate briefs into narratives that work across digital, film, print, and experiential formats.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising creative quality.
What We?re Looking For
#
Experience & Expertise
6+ years of hands-on copywriting experience in advertising or digital agencies.
Strong experience in writing video scripts, brand campaigns, and digital-first content.
Prior experience working with a leading creative agency is mandatory.
Demonstrated contribution to or leadership of award-winning campaigns.

Skills
Strong command of English (US usage familiarity preferred); Hindi is an added advantage.
Solid storytelling, presentation, and conceptual thinking skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital publishing and marketing tools is a plus.
Good understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and consumer behavior.
