Bharat Ram Global School, Greater Noida which comes from the legacy of Sir Shri Ram who established the LSR(Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi) and SRCC (Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi). We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice Principal to lead and inspire our educational institution, located in KP-III of Greater Noida. As the Vice Principal, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership, fostering an environment of academic excellence, and ensuring the overall development and success of our students.

Excellet Fluency in English-Speaking.
Must knows about CBSE Board Exams and other Bye-Law including NEP guidelines.
Must manages the Day-to-Day School Operations (e.g.- Substitutions, leaves, curriculum, PTM, Exams, etc.)
Must be working at present in Delhi NCR. Greater Noida or Noida candidate will be preferred.
At present, if you are not working in Delhi NCR, please do not apply.

Curriculum Development:
Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment of a well-rounded curriculum that aligns with educational standards, encourages critical thinking, and meets the needs of diverse learners.
Student Welfare:
Prioritize the well-being, safety, and holistic development of all students, creating a nurturing and supportive environment conducive to their growth.
Faculty Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality instruction.
Community Engagement:
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and stakeholders to maintain open communication, build strong relationships, and promote a collaborative learning environment.
Budget and Resource Management:
Efficiently manage school resources, including budget allocation, infrastructure maintenance, and technological advancements.
School Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, attendance, discipline, and extracurricular activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of the school.
Continuous Improvement:
Implement data-driven strategies to assess school performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive ongoing enhancements in academics and school culture.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure the school's compliance with local education regulations, safety standards, and policies.
Public Relations:
Represent the school in various public forums, events, and interactions, positively enhancing its reputation within the community.
Strategic Planning:
Develop long-term plans and goals that align with the school's mission and vision, fostering growth and sustainability.
Qualifications:
Master's or higher degree in Education or a related field will be preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership, with 05 years of experience in a PGT (or minimum 3 years as a senior coordinator)* Strong understanding of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and educational trends.
Proven track record of effective staff management, mentorship, and professional development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and community members.
Visionary mindset with a passion for driving educational excellence and innovation.
Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the learning process.
Knowledge of local education regulations, policies, and compliance requirements..
