Role Overview



The Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI) team is UKG's growth engine and guardian of the customer base--delivering proactive, data-driven, and emotionally resonant experiences across the entire customer lifecycle. As a Digital Content Producer, you will lead the creation of dynamic, platform-optimized content that amplifies CXI's mission. You'll collaborate across intelligence, community, lifecycle, and feedback domains to produce digital assets that drive retention, adoption, and advocacy.



Key Responsibilities



Digital Content Strategy & Production



Design and produce digital-first content (videos, animations, podcasts, interactive media, social graphics) for CXI programs such as the Digital Concierge, UKG Community Regional Series and podcast.



Translate customer intelligence signals and insights into engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, email, and community platforms.



Ensure content is optimized for accessibility, SEO, and platform-specific performance.



Project Management



Manage digital content workflows from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution across multiple CXI initiatives.



Collaborate with Intelligence Architects, Signal Analysts, and PMs to align content with strategic priorities and data signals.



Oversee post-production, hosting, and publishing across internal and external platforms.



Cross-Functional Collaboration



Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align content with lifecycle touchpoints and strategic interventions.



Support the Digital Concierge experience by producing content tailored to customer system administrators and primary contacts.



Performance & Innovation



Monitor content engagement using analytics tools and iterate based on performance data.



Experiment with new formats and technologies (e.g., AI-generated media, interactive storytelling) to elevate CXI's digital presence.

Customer Engagement Impact: Digital content drives measurable increases in engagement, retention, and satisfaction across CXI programs.



Signal Activation: Content effectively activates CXI signals, leading to timely and relevant customer interventions.



Platform Performance: Content performs well across digital channels, with high engagement, accessibility, and shareability.



Cross-Team Enablement: Internal teams leverage content to support their goals, indicating strong alignment and utility.



Operational Efficiency: Digital workflows are streamlined, with consistent delivery of high-quality assets on time and within scope.



Innovation & Experimentation: New digital formats and storytelling approaches are tested and adopted based on performance and feedback.



Required Qualifications



5+ years of experience in digital content production, media design, or customer experience communications.



Strong portfolio of digital-first content across multiple platforms.



Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, animation software, and CMS platforms.



Experience with accessibility standards, SEO, and responsive design.



Excellent storytelling, visual design, and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications



Familiarity with customer intelligence, sentiment analysis, and lifecycle management.



Experience supporting AI-driven engagement programs or digital concierge models.



Knowledge of community engagement platforms and podcast production.



Soft Skills



Strategic thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and customer impact.



Highly organized and detail-oriented.



Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across teams.
