Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Job Purpose: Sr. Content Enablement Specialist drives the identification and execution of content enablement projects (e.g. Catalogs or e-Forms) that will increase the % of hands free procurement.
• Accountable to Drive the enablement of buying channels, Proactively identify content solutions and engage partners for successful implementation.
• Set-up and enable procurement content, such as e-catalogues, hard-working forms and connections to content marketplaces and external tools. Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Identify alignments between different projects and Perform analysis of content coverage and quality and Lead complex content enablement projects and initiatives and Maintain procurement content, Maintain and perform Procurement content updates.
• Hands on to Category management / Sourcing management / Supplier management / Customer management and Understanding and application of total cost of ownership, and should cost modelling.
• Understanding of impactful strategies, supporting execution of category objectives, working with analytical data, business team members and market expertise.category market levers, trends and main players as well as internal processes.
• Compliance & risk management: Compliance & risk management: understanding the critical metrics, processes and supporting reports and Understanding supplier lifecycle management and supplier performance management.
• Understanding of procurement tools and ability to navigate them. Understanding the procurement data structure and procurement classification system for material, services, and suppliers.

Minimum Requirements

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role:

• Understanding the procurement content (e.g. in contracts) and maintaining and updating Procurement applications accordingly (e.g. e-catalogs, user portal). Continuous improvement of procurement content and automation.
• Planning, organizing and managing projects taking into account priorities, resources, budgets, issues and constraints to achieve desired results; defining clear project scope and objectives; applying software and tools to plan, track and report status.
• Leadership / Collaboration - Establishing clear, shared goals, involving others in decision making and building productive relationships. Acting with integrity, learning and growing and Seeking the new, enabling creativity and turning ideas into action.
• Embracing and shaping change as well as knowledge how to overcome challenges. Applying systematic change management methods to facilitate change.
• Provide support in Procurement content activities and Act as a key contact within Procurement for all questions and Procurement hands-free (transactions & spend) Number of content enablement validated projects started as a result the content enablement team analysis.

Desirable Requirements:

• University/Advanced degree with strong preference in Business, Finance, or Scientific field is required with English \xe2\x80\x93 fluent written spoken skills, foreign languages are plus
• 10+ years of Global environment experience in a similar position Experience with procurement operations and sourcing hands on to content enablement (catalogs, forms), reporting & analytical tools (SAP BW, MS Access and MS Excel), leading sophisticated projects.
