Job Description

Mandatory Ops Requirements for the Position: -
1. Graduation in any stream
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience with KPO/BPO in the role of transitions,
Subject Matter Expert in BPO processes.
3. Experience in managing/writing SOPs for the processes.
4. Good in written and verbal communication as the role will require interaction with
the client too.
Sought after Requirements for the Position: -

5. Experience in working Robotic Process Automation projects or identifying
automation opportunities within business processes
General : -
1. The ideal candidate has good communication skills (both written and verbal) and is
required to work with US clients in understanding processes and preparing
documentation
2. Has good flair in process discovery and documentation
3. The role requires quick and deep learning of new industries, and associated
processes
4. Will be involved in manual testing of processes, identify any gaps in the process
and/or provide suggestions of improvements
5. Work closely with the development team in conducting UAT for automated
processes, identify gaps, or give clearance.
6. Prepare working documentation on transformed/automated processes
