Lead joint working sessions with clients, develop user personas and user journeys and construct business case scenarios in support of clients' agendas

Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, competitor insights and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant

Contribute to research and writing of Thought leadership articles/whitepapers and develop supporting collaterals

Proactively support team building and on-boarding efforts via mentoring
