xefx82xb7 Should be able to translate technical to user language and vice versa

Basic Essential Knowledge
xefx82xb7 Advance level experience in analog and digital exchange
xefx82xb7 Basic ip addressing knowledge for LAN
xefx82xb7 Should be able to independently configure EPABX and Video unit
xefx82xb7 Basic knowledge of copper cabling for analog
xefx82xb7 OSI layer function and through knowledge in tcp/ip
Process Knowledge:
xefx82xb7 Through knowledge of ITIL process
xefx82xb7 Own various databases and follow the norm as per set process
xefx82xb7 Identify process gap, if any
Product/Tool Knowledge:
xefx82xb7 EPABX : Avaya units, Siemens, Cisco
xefx82xb7Voice Recorder : Variant, Knoahsoft
xefx82xb7Video : Polycom, Tandberg, Creston, Avaya
xefx82xb7Protocol decoding : Sniffer, Lan analyzer
