Role Responsibilities: Configuration and maintenance of policies, settings, and packages within the Office 365 ecosystem. O365 Subject Matter Expert, responsible for delivering enterprise d O365 solutions Integration of various conferencing modalities including Zoom, Cisco webex and Cisco Tandberg. Configures, implements, and manages Office 365 workloads for Microsoft teams that work together efficiently and effectively and communicate in an enterprise environment Proof of concept, discoveries on 3rd party tools integrating with O365. Presenting recommendations and best practices, working closely with enterprise collaboration capability team defining the strategy roadmap Implementation, troubleshooting and expansion & transformation of Office 365 solutions Ability to extend MS Teams or other unified collaboration technologies Promote innovative solutions to internal clients regarding Microsoft Productivity offerings The candidate should have strong skills to articulate the business requirement, attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to work under tight timelines and willingness to challenge/question with courage. Should develop the architectural guidelines & governance to maintain unified communication tools hygiene Designing complex O365 solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate Candidate must be able to scrutinize & suggest the best practices for any 3rd party integration tool with O365 Familiar with the planning, deployment, and supporting of the various Microsoft MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) solutions. Carry out threat & risk assessments and develop security architecture to mitigate threats, make changes, upgrades and deploy solution to remediate security risks Develop clear visualizations / dashboard / presentation reports to present customer and management Acting as a trusted advisor, translating centralised O365 roadmap insight into business-specific impact avoidance and benefit realisation. Must - have technical skills and experience: Expertise in O365 applications (e.g. Teams, Exchange, SP online) with a proven track-record of designing complex, large O365 transformational programmes, including hybrid configuration and Identity and Access management. In-depth knowledge of Audio/Video/Web Conferencing, Session Border Controllers/Gateways, SIP Trunk Configuration, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Federation, Persistent Chat, Office Web Apps, Firewall Rules, and Monitoring/Reporting. Proficient understanding of technology areas such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, DFS and the ability to maintain other Windows core services. A solid understanding of Windows Server 2012/2016, VMware, DHCP, DNS, Outlook, and OWA. Managing user mailbox through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platform or Windows PowerShell cmdlets. Strong understanding of advanced functions of Office 365 Security and Compliance Center, Microsoft Information Protection Framework Microsoft Teams Live Events. Experience of integrating Teams within telephony systems Good understanding of different O365 services like Exchange online, OneNote, Teams, Skype for Business, Planner, Delve Good understanding of Video based portals for administration & support Polycom VC rooms/ MTR administration and infra troubleshooting Good to have skills: Microsoft Unified, Teams certification Understanding of CPG industry Microsoft Certified IP-PBX gateways, e.g. Sonus, QoS, Audio/ Video Codec, Understanding of Real Time Communication Protocols, e.g. SIP
