We are looking forward to hire S/4 HANA MM Professionals in the following areas :

MM WM Consultant in S/4HANA Public Cloud needs a blend of Procurement and Inventory Expertise, Cloud Configuration skills(SSCUIs & FIORI Apps, Integration Knowledge and Manufacturing domain awareness.

Base Location : Hyderabad (Inclined to work from office as per the organisation policy)

Flexible to work in APAC time Zone (Malaysian Time zone)

MM WM Consultant in S/4HANA Public Cloud needs a blend of Procurement and Inventory Expertise, Cloud Configuration skills(SSCUIs & FIORI Apps, Integration Knowledge and Manufacturing domain awareness.



Candidate should have worked on min. 2 implementation on SAPS/4HANA Public Cloud


Minimum 3-5yrs yrs. of Relevant Experience


Should have good communication skills


SAP MM expertise and understand client's business environment mapped to SAP S/4HANA


Should be able to provide solutions on business requirements

1. Core SAP MM WM Functional Skills

Procurement & Purchasing

Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders.

Source determination & supplier evaluation.

Contracts & Scheduling Agreements.

Approval workflows (Release strategies in Cloud via flexible workflows).

Inventory Management

Goods Receipts / Goods Issues (GR/GI).

Stock transfers & transfer postings.

Physical inventory processes.

Batch & serial number management.

Invoice Verification

3-way matching (PO, GR, Invoice).

Integration with FI-AP.

Master Data Management

Material Master (classification, valuation, MRP views).

Vendor (Business Partner) Master.

Purchase Info Records & Source Lists.



2. S/4HANA Public Cloud-Specific Skills

Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Explaining SAP best practices in Procurement & Inventory.

Configuration: Using SSCUIs (Self-Service Configuration UIs) instead of SPRO.

Fiori Apps: Deep familiarity with procurement & inventory Fiori apps (e.g., "Manage Purchase Orders," "Monitor Material Coverage").

Extensibility: Knowledge of in-app extensibility for custom fields, forms, approval rules.

Best Practices Activation: Understanding of SAP preconfigured business processes for manufacturing.



3. Integration Knowledge

MM-FI Integration:

GR/IR clearing.

Vendor invoices posting to AP.

Material valuation method

MM-PP Integration:

BOM, routings, material consumption postings.

Subcontracting processes.

MM-SD Integration:

Third-party order processing.

Returns handling.

MM-QM Integration:

Quality inspection at GR.

Usage decision posting.

External Integrations:

Supplier collaboration platforms (Ariba Network, SAP Business Network).




4. Manufacturing Domain Skills

Manufacturing Procurement: Subcontracting, consignment, vendor-managed inventory.

Indirect Procurement: Office supplies, services, CAPEX.



5. Data Migration & Reporting

Experience with Data Migration Cockpit for MM objects (materials, vendors, purchase orders).

Fiori-based reporting (stock overview, supplier performance).

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) exposure for procurement KPIs (spend analysis, supplier performance).



6. Soft Skills

Business Process Knowledge: Understanding procurement policies, vendor negotiations, and supply chain operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with plant managers, procurement leads, finance teams.

Change Management: Guiding customers from legacy procurement systems to SAP best practices.

Analytical mindset: Translating KPIs (inventory turns, procurement cycle time) into system configuration & reporting.

Candidate should be comfortable to work on international time zones and odd working hours


Should work independently and help other team members as needed


Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards


Participate in daily team meetings to update and track the status and progress of tasks.


Work closely with other module consultants and work closely on the Integration challenges


Knowledge on timesheet and cost booking using timesheet is added advantage


Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
