• Private enterprise 5G assessment and strategy
• Site survey and high-level radio design
• Private LTE/5G conceptual architecture
• Spectrum recommendations
• Roadmap and transition plan with budgetary cost
• Network assessment and strategy
• Develop FNI (First Network Implementation) plans and conduct tests to understand all aspects of wireless performance and ensure seamless integration into network
• Independently able to bring up end to end LTE & 5G Systems including RAN, Core Network, and key devices for interoperability/validation.
• Excellent understanding of LTE /5G RAN architecture and procedures. Strong knowledge of 3GPP standards and protocols
• Required good Understanding of LTE and 5G call flow and trace analysis.
• Working experience of 4G/5G Layer-2 software design with emphasis on RLC, MAC, PDPC, SDAP L2 scheduler and L1/L2 interfaces.
• Required Good knowledge of 4g and 5g protocols stacks and signaling for issue identification.
• Required knowledge of CBRS technology with CBSD services and SAS Servers.
• Expert in eNodeB/gNodeB Software, ideally including exposure to RAN
• Expert in analytical and problem-solving in LTE/5G

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in the Telecom industry with at least good understanding of any cloud platform.
• Expertise in handing client management in highly escalated issues.
• Expertise in designing site solution and understanding of common delivery methods for LTE and 5G.
• Should have experience in working in a dynamic environment, following agile methodologies and leading a team.
• Should be excellent in communication, analytical skills, presentation skills, ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
• Ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, staff and vendors.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required
• Should be able to be working in dynamic working shift as per the project requirement.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience • Expert in KPI analysis for UE level, Throughput, Call drop and so on.

• Working experience with embedded debugging tools like Wireshark, Trace Analysis.
• Required Good knowledge of Private LTE & 5G conceptual architecture and solution design.
• Good knowledge Radio installation, configuration, provisioning and Spectrum recommendations
• Device provisioning (subscriber identity module) and Edge infrastructure implementation and provisioning
• Interact with RAN, Core Network, and device vendors to investigate and characterize the performance of 5G Public/5G Private networks in various aspects ranging from core network, air interface, to devices and applications
• Development and execution of specific and detailed test plans/test cases for key use-cases and applications
• Identify and describe the Micro, Pico and Small cells implementation.
• End to End Planning for Deployment, network architecture and go live for RU (Radio/cells).
• Supporting team for troubleshooting of issue during deployment phase and trained to team member as a learning case.
