Job Description

Ayurvedagram Heritage and Wellness Centre Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Ayurvedic Doctor to lead and manage wellness operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in classical Ayurvedic practice along with proven expertise in operations, guest relations, and clinical team leadership within a wellness or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Development

Build and maintain a strong guest base through high-quality Ayurvedic consultations and personalized wellness programs.
Therapist Management

Supervise, train, mentor, and guide the team of therapists to ensure delivery of authentic Ayurvedic therapies and consistent service quality.
Operations Leadership

Manage day-to-day wellness centre operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical, administrative, and support teams.
Client Satisfaction

Ensure high standards of guest care, consultation excellence, treatment effectiveness, and overall guest experience in alignment with Ayurvedagram values.
Training & Mentorship

Train, guide, and mentor junior Ayurvedic doctors to enhance clinical skills, consultation quality, and adherence to Ayurvedic protocols.
Team Building

Foster a positive work culture, encourage teamwork, and support continuous professional development of doctors, therapists, and staff.
Requirements

Qualification

BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized institution.
Experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Ayurvedic clinical practice with exposure to wellness centre or hospital operations and team leadership.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
