Job Description

Lead day?to?day site execution and coordination across all civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works. Develop detailed construction schedules, sequencing plans, micro?level planning, and resource allocation for high?rise structures. Ensure timely progress as per approved baseline program and identify delays with recovery plans. Monitor construction activities for towers, podiums, basements, clubhouses, and external development works.


+ Verify adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and approved method statements.
+ Ensure proper execution of high?rise core works like:
- Raft, piling, and foundation
- Shear wall construction
- Formwork systems
- Concrete placement & curing
- Structural and architectural finishing
+ Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and compliance.
+ Act as the primary PMC representative for coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client teams.



- Review contractor manpower, resources, productivity, and work methodologies.
- Chair coordination meetings for civil, MEP, and finishing teams to resolve site issues and expedite progress.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, HSE plans, and statutory requirements.
