The Role:
The

Sr. Shared Service Associate

will lead and manage key aspects of our internal projects, training initiatives, quality assurance processes, and ongoing technical support. This associate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen understanding of training and quality assurance methodologies. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The Responsibilities:

Training and Quality Assurance

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the internal implementation team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. Oversee the creation and maintenance of training documents, manuals, and materials. Conduct quality assurance checks on training processes and materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency.

Internal Projects

Lead and manage internal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies. Foster a collaborative and positive project team environment.

Keeper of Training Documents

Maintain a centralized repository for all training documents, manuals, and materials. Ensure version control and accessibility for relevant stakeholders. Implement improvements to enhance document organization and retrieval.

Quality Assurance Check

Establish and execute quality assurance processes for both internal and external projects. Monitor and evaluate project and training outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and enhance overall project performance.

Ongoing Technical Support

Provide leadership in delivering ongoing technical support to internal teams and external clients. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective support services. Implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support processes.

Existing Client Change Requests

Perform existing client change requests, working closely with account management and technical teams. Communicate effectively with internal contacts to manage expectations and ensure successful implementation of requested changes.

The Desired Attributes:
ExperienceExtensive experience in project coordination or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel is crucial, as reporting and dashboards will play a significant role in daily responsibilities. Proven track record of successfully managing complex processes.

Team CollaborationProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience coordinating and collaborating with various departments.
