Department: Siemens Energy # Information Technology Mode of Employment: Permanent Role: Architect Clarizen LET#S TALK ABOUT YOU Your Profile # You should be having 6-8 years of experience in IT with 3 years of experience in Clarizen implementati on, development, and configuration to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user experience in the solution # Should have bachelor#s or master#s degree in Engineering with Computer Science IT or equivalent. # Should have advanced knowledge of technology stacks and components like JavaScript, HTML and CSS. # Should have experience in implementation of PPM-Software Clarizen. # Should be willing to learn Clarizen development. # Analytical Mind set with good coding skills and logical skills to derive formulas and Queries. # Good to have experience in Salesforce configuration. # You should have excellent communications, interpersonal skills, and an ability to help customers find the right so lution (not the obvious easy one). Your responsibilities # Drive Clarizen implementation, configuration, and serve as product expert, aiming to solve business challenges by optimizing the user experience with automation and a streamlined user expe rience in the solution # As an architect you will be responsible for: o Handholding activities for creation of Project work plan templates. o General advice and guidance on approach to work plan structure (process not technical) o Highlighting transf ormation or improvement opportunities. o Initial receipt and review of user stories. o Configuration activities o Facilitating discussions around co-ordination and harmonization # You will be responsible for development governance which includes: o S cheduling & facilitating of weekly production meetings o Scheduling communicating changes (Sandbox refresh etc.) o Sprint planning # You will be responsible for profile maintenance which includes: o Adjusting existing profiles (very granular and pote ntially complex) o Creating new profiles for new groups. # Ensure support to new workstreams. # You will be supporting User Administration and Infrastructure maintenance. # Partner with key stakeholders to optimize and develop Clarizen.
