The Senior Coordinator - Sales will be responsible to oversee the sales administration process from order entry to delivery, providing comprehensive support to the sales team and ensuring outstanding customer service.
This role acts as a key liaison between the sales department and other internal teams, such as logistics, finance and production to streamline operations and meet sales targets.
SAP sales order management
Create, process and manage sales orders in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details and customer-specific requirements.
Perform technical, commercial and administrative validation on customer orders before entry.
Generate order confirmations and update customers and the sales team on order status and delivery timelines.
Track and resolve blocked or open sales orders by coordinating with credit and sales teams.
Manage returns and complaints in the SAP system, following defined procedures.
Sales team support
Provide high-level administrative support to the sales team, helping them achieve targets.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations and contracts for customers.
Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports and dashboards using SAP data to provide actionable insights to management.
Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Coordination and communication
Act as the primary point of contact for order processing queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with logistics, accounts and finance departments to resolve issues related to billing, payments and product delivery.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the sales team and across other departments.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
