within our cloud development team. In this role, you will collaborate with architects and developers to help build cloud infrastructure by provide tooling, software, and guidance to development teams as we build applications in the cloud.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Cloud Engineer if you have:
Basic qualifications:
6+ years of experience in DevOps
Experience with the AWS cloud platform
Development team side DevOps.... with programming languages Java, Python
Experience with infrastructure automation using AWS CloudFormation
6 + years' experience with software development using one or more programming languages, preferably
Java
or Python
Experience working as a DevOps engineer in a cloud environment (preferably AWS)
1+ year experience with build and deploy tools such as AWS Code Build and AWS Code Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Gradle
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Agile development practices
Certified AWS Developer or Solutions architect
Experience working with database technologies, especially cloud solutions such as AWS Aurora/MySQL or AWS DynamoDB
Good understanding of DevOps practices as well as embracing a CI/CD mindset
Proficiency in system monitoring, especially using DataDog
An understanding of security for cloud-based applications
Comfortable with Linux operating system and shell scripting
