• Support BAU for public cloud services,
• Provide thought leadership on cloud services and assist customers in implementing/managing cloud services

• Often assumes technical and project leadership roles. • May function as a consultant or researcher.

• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• May manage schedule, quality and technical solution on assigned projects in coordination with project leadership. May overs schedule, quality and technical solution performance of staff.
• Need to work in shifts based on the customer requirements and as per the shift roaster.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
• Specific technical skill requirements include proficiency in demonstrating/performing one or more skills in each technical skill group.
• Experience in supporting public cloud services and assisting customers in their cloud strategy.
• Experience in DevOps technologies
• Experience in automating infrastructures using Terraform, ARM templates
• Experience in developing applications and Serverless APIs
