Primary Purpose
The Senior Application Analyst - Veeva Vault is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Veeva Vault applications to meet business requirements within a regulated life sciences environment. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (regulatory, quality, clinical, commercial) and IT, ensuring that Vault solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with compliance standards and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support mainly (with occasional L1 support)
Provide support in the daily operation of Veeva Applications, (Clinical, Quality & Safety)
Own application functions and areas building knowledge base specific to their areas
Ensures proactive, smooth and efficient delivery of system configuration changes, enhancements, feature or issue fix deployments adhering to SLAs
Drives UAT testing for system upgrades, new releases and change management
Proactively keeps track of new development possibilities and suggests improvements to drive efficiencies that benefit the organization
Qualifications: Strong focus toward Vault Clinical, with background mostly in CTMS, SSU, Payments within Clinical Suite
Veeva Safety experience is a plus
Degree in computer sciences, informational technology, economics, business or related field
5+ years of Veeva application consulting experience is required
Experience in clinical trial systems and providing IT support CRO and/or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
Veeva White Belt Certification is advantageous
Veeva Quality (Training) experience is advantageous
