We are seeking an experienced Sr Client servicing manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the event industry, with a proven ability to develop innovative proposals and concepts tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.

Develop and present creative proposals and concepts for events based on client briefs.

Work closely with the event production team to ensure seamless execution of events.

Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of services.

Coordinate with internal teams to align on project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Ensure post-event client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships for future collaborations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the event industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong experience in creating proposals and concept development.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with event planning and logistics.

Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into effective event concepts.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
