Job Purpose
The Senior Client Servicing Executive acts as the bridge between clients and the creative team -- ensuring every event reflects the client's vision seamlessly. You'll manage client relationships, ideate creative concepts, and ensure flawless event execution with a focus on satisfaction, communication, and innovation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Attend leads from all venues, take client briefings, and make the first contact call.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present company capabilities.
Explain the company profile, portfolio, and service offerings effectively.
Ideate and research innovative concepts, themes, and trends based on client requirements.
Develop customized presentations and creative proposals for clients.
Coordinate with the quotation and design team for budget finalization and proposal preparation.
Keep updated with current market trends, artists, and vendor offerings.
Finalize budgets, themes, and key event deliverables in coordination with HOD.
Follow up proactively post-quotation submission for closure and conversion.
Coordinate with project heads to ensure clear communication of client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project handovers.
Oversee event planning and ensure target cost adherence.
Continuously track event execution to align with client expectations.
Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders -- vendors, artists, and venues.
Follow SOPs and company protocols for client servicing.
Report regularly to top management and collaborate on overall client strategy
