We are looking for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive who can act as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role requires strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timely deliveries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to manage campaigns, projects, and deliverables.
Understand client requirements, business goals, and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
Conduct regular follow-ups and status updates with clients.
Coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance marketing teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing (Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to think strategically while managing operational details.
